The V&A acquired the archive of the acclaimed actress Vivien Leigh in 2013 and it includes diaries, personal correspondence, photographs, awards and press clippings. One of the fascinating sections of the archive is the 1500 stereoscopic 3D colour slides taken by Leigh between 1954 and 1967. They show the actress backstage at theatres, on film sets and with luminaries such as Tennessee Williams, Truman Capote, Lauren Bacall and Noël Coward. Join curator Keith Lodwick and Director of the London Stereoscopic Society Dennis Pellerin for an insight into the life and work of Vivien Leigh – in 3D.

3D glasses will be provided.
