Join artist Rubbena Aurangzeb-Tariq for a Deaf-led tour of "Bharti Kher at the V&A". Meet at the Blavatnik Hall.
‘Bharti Kher at the V&A’ is a free display of four sculptures by internationally acclaimed British Indian artist Bharti Kher, bringing her work into conversation with the V&A’s historic collections. Situated across key locations in the Dorothy and Michael Hintze Sculpture Galleries and Exhibition Road Courtyard, Kher’s fantastical sculptures explore themes of womanhood, cultural identity, transformation, and mythology. Through hybrid forms and culturally resonant materials, Kher's works invite visitors to see both contemporary sculpture and the museum's collections in new ways.
