Music is the Weapon: From Fela to Fuse
Join us for an evening of musical and cultural self-examination as Afrobeats artist Fuse ODG explores the social impact of Fela Kuti’s work and how it has inspired his own T.I.N.A (This Is New Africa) movement today.
Fuse ODG is a rapper, producer, author, cultural critic and philanthropist. One of the international success stories of the modern musical genre Afrobeats, he also boasts the creation of a viral dance craze, the publication of two children’s books and a quest to revise the global view of Africa though his ‘T.I.N.A’ – This is New Africa – acronym and annual festival. Join Fuse for a night of musical, cultural and political critique.
