Looking After Your Silverware
Join Senior V&A Conservator Donna Stevens for this afternoon session showing you how to care for your silverware.

Throughout the afternoon you will be guided through a short history of silver and when it should be cleaned. You will then be introduced to the professional cleaning techniques used in the Museum before being given a kit to try it out for yourself.
To get the most from this session, please bring a silver object (not jewellery) that needs cleaning. Students will be provided with a pack of cleaning materials to take away after the session.
