The Features We Carry is a reflective sculpting workshop.

Take time to observe and reflect, to identify a facial feature you recognise within your family and draw your response.

Then sculpt one facial feature (e.g. eye, nose, lips, ear) using clay. The focus is on capturing the essence of the feature rather than creating a finished object.

About the Artist:
Dulcie Davy is a visual artist primarily working in sculpture. She is fascinated by the human face and figure, particularly through an Afrofuturistic perspective. With years of experience working in clay, her practice has recently expanded during her studies on the Sculpture MA at the Royal College of Art to include 3D modelling, 3D printing, metalwork, and CNC machining.
