Past Event

What does sustainable fashion design and making look like today? Join us and other Primary and Secondary teachers at the V&A for a glass of wine and hear from V&A experts about sustainable fashion collections and exhibition highlights. Then be guided through creative textile design projects and practical making by a professional designer and come away with inspiration to take back into your classroom.

Materials will be included, with no prior textile experience/knowledge necessary. This event can be done as a one-off or as part of a V&A Sanctuary Teachers’ CPD series focussing on Sustainable Fashion. The first session is taking place on 3 February, in-person and the final session will be hosted in live webinar format online on 30 March 2023.

Each event is standalone and should be booked separately.

This event is kindly made possible through the Drapers’ Charitable Fund.
