Enjoy an exclusive screening of George Clooney’s film, inspired by the real men and women of the Monuments, Fine Arts, and Archives programme, determined to protect Europe’s artistic and architectural treasures from the ravages of war and Nazi art theft, in conjunction with the display ‘Concealed Histories: Uncovering the Story of Nazi Looting’. After the screening, display co-curator Dr Jacques Schuhmacher, will discuss the legacies of Nazi looting, provenance in museums and the V&A’s own Monuments Men before a special three-course dinner in the Members’ Room.

During these exceptional times, the health and wellbeing of our visitors and staff is our highest priority. In line with the latest advice from Public Health England, all V&A sites (South Kensington, Museum of Childhood, Blythe House, V&A Dundee) are temporarily closed.
Due to the ongoing impact, we have made the decision to postpone this event.
If you have purchased tickets for this or other events that have been cancelled or postponed there are several options available to you and the ticketing team will be in touch. You can find out more on our blog.
