This after-work event for Primary and Secondary teachers offers a calm, sociable space to unwind, connect with other teachers, and explore fresh ideas for the classroom through the lens of the V&A’s collections. With wine, conversation, and guided input from a practitioner and an artist, you’ll leave with inspiration for museum visits and creative approaches to learning.
During the session, teachers will explore objects from the V&A collection alongside insight and discussions from practitioner Trudi Barrow, as well as some practical exercises from our current Artist in Residence. The evening will include time to share practice, ask questions, and take part in a low-pressure creative activity to support curiosity and practical classroom thinking. All materials and light refreshments will be provided.
This event is free, with priority booking for teachers from schools with Free School Meals/Pupil Premium rates above the current national average.
