A cross between a guided tour and an experimental drawing class, the one hour tour takes the participants through the museum, stopping at several objects to talk about their stories.

The interaction between the participants and the objects will be mediated by the guide who will suggest different drawing exercises to draw them, paralleling the story behind each object and loosely connecting them to the idea of people taking ownership of ideas, materials and history.

The sketching part of the tour is suitable for anybody who ever held a pencil. A sketch book, pencil and custom-made eraser will be provided.

The tour starts at the LDF Desk situated at the Cromwell Road entrance hall. Please arrive on time and check large bags at the cloakroom near the entrance before the tour starts.

If you require disability access please inform us.
