The V&A Illustration Awards is a celebration of skill and distinction in student and published illustration and highlights a broad range of illustration styles and subjects. This display features the work of this year's winners from each of the four categories; Book Cover Illustration, Book Illustration, Illustrated Journalism and Student Illustration, alongside the runners up. 2022 marks the 50th anniversary of the V&A Illustration Awards. Founded in 1972, they have since become the UK’s most prestigious annual illustration competition.
