Persian New Year: Burns and Hafez - Bards Apart?
Celebrate Norouz (Persian New Year) at the V&A, with a lively performance of 'Burns and Hafez – Bards Apart?', an exploration of the works of Hafez Shirazi and Robert Burns.

Edinburgh Fringe regulars Talking Sheep perform poems and songs of the two Bards accompanied by santoor and guitar, together with context and discussion. For those who don’t understand Persian – or 18th century Scots – there will be English subtitles. Doors open at 18.30 and a reception will follow the performance.
