Inspired by the V&A’s 'Bags: Inside Out' exhibition, we are bringing together designers, curators and fashion historians for a day of talks investigating our longstanding fascination with bags of all stripes. Go in-depth on the historical shapes, the timeless craft, and the shifting political significances and join the conversation as we take a look at the alternative materials and adaptable designs of the future. With V&A Curator Lucia Savi, design entrepreneur Femi Olayebi and multi award-winning material innovator Kresse Wesling among others we will delve deeper into the motivations and design behind 'Bags: Inside Out'.
