Award-winning choreographer Akram Khan is known for his cross-cultural collaborations, often fusing the classical Indian style Kathak with contemporary, working with everyone from Antony Gormley to Kylie Minogue to the National Ballet of China. Join him as part of the V&A’s performance festival for a discussion of his career, inspirations, and approach to creating new works, including his latest piece, 'Jungle Book Reimagined', now touring the UK and internationally.

STAYING SAFE
The V&A has put numerous health and safety measures in place to ensure the museum is a safe, relaxing and inspiring place for our patrons and visitors. We have taken steps to ensure that all V&A sites are reasonably COVID-19 secure with cleaning, handwashing and hygiene procedures in line with guidance. Hand sanitiser will be available, and face coverings are recommended. Some may choose not to wear face coverings, so please take this into account when deciding to book. A level of social distancing will be maintained, including limiting capacity and increasing ventilation in the Lecture Theatre.
