Fashioned from Nature: Paper Peonies

As part of our day of Fashioned from Nature workshops, this beginner/intermediate level class will guide you through a range of crepe paper flower making techniques. During the class, your tutor Sue will begin with demonstrating making of the centre of the flower and how to achieve a good depth of colour. You will then explore techniques for shaping the petals, making stems and leaves and the finishing touches that will make the flower more realistic. Sue will share her tips and tricks along the way, as well as her preferred choices of materials for this flower. You will leave the class with an instruction booklet and templates, a list of stockists for materials and your very own paper Peony.
