Opera Weekender: Streetwise Opera Workshop
Join Streetwise Opera for a fun singing and acting workshop exploring The Marriage of Figaro... with a twist! As part of the wider program around the Opera: Passion, Power and Politics exhibition.
You’ll take part in warm-ups and games, sing opera choruses, transform yourself into different characters and learn more about opera. Everyone is welcome and no experience is needed.
Streetwise Opera is an award-winning charity that uses music to help people make positive changes in their lives. It runs workshop programmes across England, stages critically-acclaimed operas and is developing With One Voice, an international arts and homelessness movement.
