Take inspiration from the V&A Renaissance sculptures to develop your figure drawing skills! Learn fundamental principles of anatomy that lay the foundation for drawing the human body from sculptures in galleries. In this one-day course artist Scott Eaton will introduce you to digital figure drawing and anatomy using our iPads and Apple Pencils and will then lead a tour of the V&A sculpture galleries with set pauses to draw the collection.

Using a variety of digital sketching techniques, you will develop your practice and style, whilst looking at sculpture in a new and detailed way. This workshop is suitable for all levels and limited to 16 attendees. Attendees must be 18+. This digital sketching workshop uses iPads, Apple Pencils and the free illustration application Sketchbook. Suitable for all levels. All equipment provided.

Workshop led by Scott Eaton:
Scott Eaton is a multidisciplinary artist whose work focuses on the representation and abstraction of the human figure in various mediums – drawing, photography, sculpture, and generative AI.
