Join us in the new Photography Centre for an evening of talks, performative lectures and live performance all about the lure of images. Delve deep into how we are enticed by images, through screens that attempt to capture our gaze and harvest our attention. Explore how platforms like TikTok, YouTube or Instagram use people - or 'screen bodies' - to captivate viewers through choreographies, ASMR, or gestures and poses, which ultimately both resist and conform to our social and cultural standards.

The event is organised in partnership with Fotomuseum Winterthur. Speakers include curator Marco de Mutiis, artist Irini Kalaitzidi and Professor Yasmin Ibrahim, with a performance by artist Dina Kelberman.
