On Friday 7 July, as part of our dual-site symposium ‘Unpacking the V&A Wedgwood Collection’ we are offering additional booking options between 14:00–15:00 and 14:30–15:00 at the Barlaston site.
Book into the Clay Studio at the World of Wedgwood for half an hour of fun. You'll be guided by the fun and friendly studio hosts who will take you through the process step by step, teaching you the techniques to make your own unique creation.
Learn how to...
• Prepare, wedge and centre clay.
• Throw a cylinder-shaped pot.
• Turn your cylinder into a unique shape using a variety of fun techniques.
• Remove your pot from the wheel like a professional.
Your pot will be fired on site and could be picked up 6-8 weeks after your visit. Shipping is available and payable on the day (UK: £8, EU: £20, USA: £35, Rest of the world: £40)
