The Theatrical Tourist: A V&A Galleries Tour

The V&A collections contain a wealth of objects that document the history of the performing arts – some of which are displayed in the most unlikely places! Join us on a journey to re-discover the objects and hidden stories of theatre and performance around the museum.

Please note that this tour will include stairs. For any access assistance, please email or inform a member of staff at the beginning of the tour. The Theatre and Performance galleries (103-106) are temporarily closed whilst they undergo a gallery refresh. They are set to re-open in Summer 2024 along with new Display ‘Enthoven Unboxed: 100 Years of Collecting Performance.’
