Bag Making Demonstration with Merchant & Mills

The Pocket Studio at the V&A Shop presents a demonstration with sewing experts Merchant & Mills. See founder Carolyn Denham create the Field Belt bag and Orton bag kits, both exclusive to the V&A shop, and receive tips and advice on how to get the most from your kits.

This autumn, from the 20 October to 8 December 2017, the Pocket Studio (situated in the middle of the redesigned V&A shop) will host a series of demonstrations that shine a spotlight on textiles. These demonstrations will take place from 2pm - 4pm on the allocated day — just drop in and see the makers at work.
