Where might natural history and the therapeutic meet for queer audiences? How do we take discussions from within the community to the Museum? What is needed to create equitable spaces for challenge and co-creation?

Inspired by conversations with the queer community over the course of creating an LGBTQ tour at the Natural History Museum, this talk from Florence Okoye, a User Experience/Service designer at the museum, will cover all these questions and more including tips for facilitation, getting people paid and how inclusive methods can be a means of empowerment for often marginalised and ignored communities.

Book your ticket on Eventbrite here. There will also be drop-in spaces available.

This talk is part of the Great Exhibition Road Festival, taking place across South Kensington 18-19 June 2022. Find out more about the programme here.
