International Day of Play 2026
Join us to celebrate play at Young V&A!
To celebrate International Day of Play endorsed by the UNICEF, Young V&A's Play Champions will host a day of free, creative play activities for children including those attending with educators and those coming with families and care-givers.

10:30-11:15 Sound Explorers for 2s and under- a drop-in offer that invites babies and their adults to explore sound and song together in our Mini Museum
10:00-14:00 Pattern by Pattern for Under 5s - a drop-in offer that invites young creators to play with pattern, colour and shape in relation to the museum's architecture in the Town Square.
15:30-17:00 Play After School - Join the Play Champions to play and share after a day at school.
