Explore the artistry of fashion styling for Black music within the music industry. Uncover the stories behind the visual and sartorial identities of music genres celebrated in V&A East’s inaugural exhibition, The Music is Black: A British Story.
Join host, educator and award-winning fashion and retail specialist Avis Charles in conversation with fellow designers and stylists Wale Adeyemi and Cynthia Lawrence-John, who will provide insight into their working practices across a range of Black musical styles from 1990s to 2020s.
