The V&A runs a varied and diverse community programme which addresses barriers to engagement through innovative and diverse programming. This one-day course will look at the ways in which museums and cultural institutions engage with different audiences and communities in an effective way and how to best create impact through programming.

This intensive one-day course will offer an introduction to Community & Social Inclusion Programmes at the V&A, best practice in taking inspiration from collections and displays, plus guidance on engaging new audiences. Sessions with V&A staff and practical activities will provide immediate applications for your expanded skills and knowledge.
