Harold Cohen was a painter, printmaker, designer of textiles and creator of AARON, the earliest artificial intelligence software for artmaking. Join Professor Paul Cohen, trustee of the Harold Cohen Trust, Mila Askarova, founder of Gazelli Art House and V&A digital art curator Melanie Lenz as they discuss Harold Cohen’s process of making images, explore some of the challenges of reconstructing digital art code and consider the posthumous production of artwork.
