Lunchtime Lecture: Across Time, Space and Culture - an Exploration of LGBTQIA+ Histories in the V&A's Collection photo

This talk explores LGBTQIA+ histories in the V&A, looking at the vast collection that spans the globe and goes back thousands of years. People who could be described as LGBTQIA+ have always existed and Jack Shoulder will guide you through some key objects that tell the histories and contexts of these experiences.

Jack Shoulder is an LGBTQIA+ tour guide at the V&A, and regularly shares LGBTQIA+ histories with the museum's visitors. He has worked in arts and heritage organisations including English Heritage, the British Museum and Towner Eastbourne, specialising in learning and outreach. You can find him online @iamjackshoulder.
