Meet jewellery designers from the BA (Hons) Fashion Jewellery course at London College of Fashion as they take over The Shed and discover how these contemporary makers have drawn inspiration from Inside Aardman: Wallace, Gromit & Friends.

First, second, and third-year students have taken part in an exclusive series of workshops and this very museum takeover, exploring character-building design and bringing original work to life within the museum environment. Throughout their time here, students have collaborated closely with the course's academic team,  Mala Siamptani, Bernadette Deddens, Husam El Odeh, and Carol Wiseman-Watts, to create pieces that respond directly to the exhibition.

Step inside for a unique and rare glimpse into the world of a busy jewellery studio in action. Each week, the display evolves and grows as new projects take shape.

2 & 9 May - Meet the designer
May 16 - Final Display & jewellery design activity

On 16 May, The Shed will bring everything together in a final showcase, displaying all of the objects and jewellery created throughout this residency. Join us to celebrate the work and try your hand at a jewellery design activity of your own.

BA (Hons) Fashion Jewellery is an idea-led design course that uses fashion jewellery as a medium for students to find their voice and develop their vision. The course is set to support students in becoming informed and inspirational fashion jewellery designers who can innovate and challenge the industry through a unique approach to their practice.
