Lunchtime Lectures: Women Printmakers at the V&A: Past, Present, Future photo
Celebrate the innovative printmaking techniques and bold visions of women printmakers past, present and future. From Käthe Kollwitz to Faith Ringgold, this talk will explore Women printmakers at the V&A, and the work of artists who have used print to make their own lasting impression.  

Join the Curators of Lasting Impressions: Women Printmakers, 1900-Now (27 September 2025 – September 2026) Beckie Billingham and Donata Miller-Obebe to celebrate diverse women printmakers from the V&A’s collection at the mid-point of the show.  

Beckie Billingham is the Assistant Curator of Prints, in the Art, Architecture, Photography, Design Department. She is a curator and printmaker and has contributed to projects across the V&A from Print and Prejudice: Women Printmakers 1700 to 1930, to Lucian Freud’s Etchings: A Creative Collaboration.  

Donata Miller-Obebe is Assistant Curator, Africa and Diaspora in the Art, Architecture, Photography, Design Department. She is a London-based Curator with a focus on community, contemporary collecting and posters. Her contributions at the V&A range from the print show OSPAAAL: Solidarity and Design (2023-2024) to the Why We Make galleries in the V&A East Museum (2026 -).
