Creating 'The Death of Robin Hood' (Recording)
Ticket buyers can enjoy a recording of this conversation with BAFTA award winning actor Jodie Comer and acclaimed writer-director Michael Sarnoski ('A Quiet Place: Day One', 'Pig')
Jodie Comer is known for the complexity and depth of her characters across stage, film, and television, from Killing Eve’s compelling Villanelle to her lead in the one-woman play Prima Facie on Broadway and the West End.
In award-winning writer-director Michael Sarnoski’s latest film, The Death of Robin Hood, a subversive and darker reimagining of Robin Hood’s waning years, Comer is the benevolent and mysterious prioress Sister Brigid who cares for a gravely injured Robin – offering him a chance at salvation.
On the day of the film’s release in UK cinemas, Comer and Sarnoski speak with V&A Film Curator Emily Harris for an exploration of their work bringing this remarkable reimagining to the big screen.
