Dior and his Decorators

'Dior and His Decorators: Victor Grandpierre, Georges Geffroy, and the New Look' (Vendome Press, September 2018), by renowned design historian Maureen Footer, an expert in French decorative arts, is the first in-depth account of the two decorators associated with Christian Dior and chronicles the glamorous new style of interior design that emerged in Paris in parallel with the New Look. In conversation with British Vogue’s Style Editor Gianluca Longo, they will examine the intersection and influence of haute couture and high design via Dior’s personal residences and his brand.
