At Stratford station, use the Montfichet Road exit, as shown below. Follow the arrow for Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.
Use the lift, stairs or escalator (closed for repair at the time this photograph was taken) directly opposite the station exit to go up one level.
On level one, you will exit onto 'The Street' area of Westfield. Head straight on, as shown below.
Turn left when you get to the Hyatt Regency Hotel and head towards Westfield Avenue in front of you.
You will now need to cross Westfield Avenue.
Go straight ahead across Endeavour Square. London Stadium, home of West Ham United, is in front of you. To the right are UAL and Sadler's Wells.
When you reach the canal, turn right onto Aquatics Walk, past Sadler's Wells. Go straight on, keeping the canal on your left.
You are now heading directly towards V&A East Museum, with the canal on your left. The museum is situated at the end of this row of buildings.
Keep going straight, with London College of Fashion on your right-hand side.
You have reached V&A East Museum. Public entrances are situated below the museum logos on the lower and upper levels.
