This compact and versatile pouch is crafted from hand-woven Ikat velvet, designed for everyday organization with an elegant touch. Its soft structure and refined proportions make it ideal for carrying small essentials such as make-up, pencils, or cards and coins. Finished with a secure zip closure and a decorative tassel, each pouch is handcrafted in Uzbekistan and hand-sewn in Turkey, inspired by traditional design motifs and keeping centuries-old crafts practises alive.
The red and coral carnation of this design against cobalt and turquoise background references Iznik art, where this flower represented vitality, endurance and renewal due to its long life.
A little piece of the vibrant Grand Bazaar of Istanbul, rich with antique fabrics and bohemian artistry, made as a special gift or to elevate your everyday.
