Send a festive feline fanfare with this delightful card exclusive to the V&A. The enchanting cat, replete with an Elizabethan ruff and a bell around his neck, is the work of German-American artist Frederick Dielman and was adapted for publication as a Christmas card in the USA in 1861. The design has been paired with a backdrop taken from the Foliage woodblock wallpaper print by John Henry Dearle, dating from 1899 and held in the V&A archive, creating a new interpretation of a classic Victorian design.
Each pack contains 8 cards and envelopes. The cards are blank inside, ready to add a festive message and send to loved ones or adorn your own mantelpiece.
