Capture thoughts, ideas and inspirations in this stylish journal featuring a captivating trompe l’oeil, a signature of Schiaparelli’s inimitable style. Created exclusively to accompany the Schiaparelli: Fashion Becomes Art exhibition, the journal is made from high-quality, responsibly sourced lined paper with a satin finish cover.
The design is adapted from a stunning evening coat created in collaboration between Elsa Schiaparelli and Jean Cocteau in 1937. Embroidered onto a tailored coat, Cocteau's whimsical linear drawing of two mirrored, kissing faces forms the illusion of a vase of roses.
