Celebrate the legacy of Reggae Klub, the first reggae club night in 1970s Scotland, with this t-shirt by London-based fashion designer Nicholas Daley.
The soft jersey t-shirt is made in Portugal using 100% organic olive cotton with contrast yellow stitching and features the Reggae Klub logo on the chest and a poster graphic on the back.
Nicholas Daley’s Dundee-born mother and Jamaican father first met in a nightclub and founded Reggae Klub as a way of bringing people together through their shared passion for music, travelling to clubs across Scotland between 1978 and 1982.

Nicholas Daley
Based in London, fashion designer Nicholas Daley creates work grounded in a rigorous investigation into his Jamaican-Scottish identity, drawing on his roots in Dundee and the West Indies alongside the influences of music and revolutionary figures from history. A graduate of Central St Martins, Daley champions craftsmanship and community, offering a fresh take on traditional weaving techniques and patterns, working with artisan makers to create complex and nuanced garments.
Daley has frequently worked with the V&A, featuring in the Fashioning Masculinities exhibition in 2022; collaborating with V&A Dundee on 2023’s Dundee Tartan exhibition; and curating Friday Late X Nicholas Daley: Fabric and Folklore at South Kensington in 2024.
