A classic checked style in a bright colour palette, this splendid scarf is made from 100% fine wool. Unisex in style, the scarf features shades of blue, yellow, purple and black with naturally frayed edges; a welcome extra layer for a cold-weather commute, an evening on the town or a blustery weekend walk.
A mainstay of the winter wardrobe, scarves have been worn for thousands of years. Early examples held in the V&A collection date as far back as the 3rd century, made from wool or linen, and feature decorative borders, embroideries and fringed edges much like those you might see today.
