Savour the decadent flavour of these luxurious shortbread biscuits, baked with sharp cheddar cheese and a fiery kick of chilli. The buttery shortbread melts in the mouth, making way for the warmth of smoked paprika and crushed chillies. A wonderful gift for a friend who favours savoury over sweet, the biscuits are a perfect after-dinner treat. Designed with a heritage vintage look, the clip-top metal tin is airtight to keep contents fresh, perfect to reuse again and again.
Part of a family baking tradition spanning five generations, Cartwright & Butler originated with the Arnett family in Hull in the 1900s, selling cakes to make ends meet. More than a century on, the company continue to make delicious baked goods and confectionery using quality ingredients.
