Ingredients:
Flaked oats (29%), fortified wheat flour [calcium, iron, niacin, thiamin], sugar, margarine [vegetable oil (palm and rapeseed), water, salt, flavouring], water, honey (6%), raising agent: disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate, salt.
Allergy advice:
Not suitable for nuts and sesame allergy suffers. May contain traces of egg, mustard, peanut, soya and other cluten sources (oat, spelt, rye, barley).
