Adapted from a woven silk design by James Leman, dating from 1706-7, this elegant tea towel adds a bright accent to any kitchen counter. Leman trained as both a designer and a manufacturer, unusual at the time, and rose to high office in the Weaver’s Company as well as producing his own widely admired silk designs.
