A wonderful way to pass a winter afternoon, this 500-piece jigsaw depicts the façade of the V&A's Cromwell Road building at Christmas time. Created exclusively for the V&A, the puzzle is packed with fun details and references: colourful characters trimming the tree and offering up a Christmas cake; friendly faces waving from the balconies; doves soaring in the pale blue sky, clutching treasures from the V&A collection. Even the museum's namesakes, Queen Victoria and Prince Albert, are joining in the fun, their carved busts each sporting a paper party hat from a Christmas cracker.
Polly Fern has collaborated with the V&A to create a Christmas collection based on her whimsical illustrations of the V&A South Kensington's Cromwell Road entrance and marble foyer in full festive splendour.
