Showcasing the distinctive silhouette of the ginkgo leaf, these subtle stud earrings are a perfect tribute to the wonders of the natural world. Easy to wear for work or play, the delicate leaves are cast in hand-patinated bronze, creating a distinct antique effect with rich warm tones.
Wear with the matching necklace for a timeless take on arboreal forms.
The design honours the ginkgo tree as a symbol of beauty and resilience – ginkgo trees can live for over a thousand years and have grown unchanged since the Jurassic era.
The refined detailing reflects the lifelike botanical craftsmanship for which Michaud is known; each piece is made from moulds created using real plants and flowers, then cast in hand-patinated bronze.

Michael Michaud
Creating moulds directly from nature, Michael Michaud’s exquisitely detailed pieces are made using a process similar to lost-wax casting, with actual plant matter encased, then heated and burnt away.
Michaud’s natural forms and textures are complemented with soft patinas on bronze, accented with pearls, glass and beads.
