Shimmering freshwater pearls descend from delicate ginkgo leaves cast in bronze to create this stunning pair of hook earrings. A timeless nod to the natural world, the earrings have a captivating sense of movement when worn.
The design honours the ginkgo tree as a symbol of beauty and resilience – ginkgo trees can live for over a thousand years and have grown unchanged since the Jurassic era.
The refined detailing reflects the lifelike botanical craftsmanship for which Michaud is known; each piece is made from moulds created using real plants and flowers, then cast in bronze.
Sterling silver hooks ensure the earrings are comfortable to wear all day.
Pair with the matching necklace for an irresistible arboreal statement, or mix and match with other botanical jewellery from the Michael Michaud range.

Michael Michaud
Creating moulds directly from nature, Michael Michaud’s exquisitely detailed pieces are made using a process similar to lost-wax casting, with actual plant matter encased, then heated and burnt away.
Michaud’s natural forms and textures are complemented with soft patinas on bronze, accented with pearls, glass and beads.
