A charming piece with a boho feel, the centrepiece of this necklace is the evil eye, hand-painted on porcelain and set in gold-plated recycled brass, suspended from a striking chunky blue glass feature on a decorative beaded chain.
The short length makes it perfectly suited to layering; pair with a simple gold chain or pendant to complement the golden accents in this design, and bring out the sparkle in both.
Made by hand, each piece is unique with subtle differences.

Ottoman Hands
Founded in London in 2010 by Deniz Gurdal, Ottoman Hands blends antique-inspired design with a modern sensibility. Drawing on her Turkish heritage, Deniz began selling handmade jewellery at Portobello Market before partnering with artisans in Istanbul’s Grand Bazaar. She continues to oversee each collection’s creative process, using traditional craftsmanship, carefully sourced gemstones and recycled metals to create timeless, handcrafted pieces.
