Design 1900 – Now

Design 1900 – Now showcases 250 objects from the V&A's collections of 20th- and 21st-century art and design displayed across two galleries. The diverse and often surprising collection invites us to explore and interrogate every element of the designed world, from the familiar and everyday, such as the first Apple iPhone from the 2000s and early Tupperware from the 1960s, to the political and challenging, such as a series of Benetton posters from the early 1990s and a pair of Adidas trainers made from salvaged illegal fishing nets from 2015.
