Unwind in the V&A with an hour long Dynamic Hatha Yoga class, led by instructor Aoife Espinosa and suitable for all levels of experience. The yoga session takes place before the doors open to the public. Following the class, you will be taken on a tour of the Galleries by V&A guide Nikke Ariff, before enjoying a freshly brewed hot drink in the café. This month, Nikke's illuminating tour will focus on the Musuem's connection with the infamous Silk Roads, the 11,000 kms that linked China to the Mediterranean. On this specially curated tour, you’ll be traveling with our guide, Nikke Ariff to explore the precious objects collected along this trail-of-bling that drove Europe to the point of moral bankruptcy.
