Renowned for its innovative fabric designs and luxury, Liberty has become an iconic symbol of design excellence and creativity. Join author Kassia St Clair alongside Liberty’s Managing Director Andrea Petochi and Design Director Mary-Ann Dunkley for a delve into the history of Liberty, exploring the enduring influence of iconic patterns, to its rich archive of florals and abstracts. They will discuss how Liberty continues to shape the world of art, design, and culture, highlighting the legacy of craftsmanship, contemporary collaborations and the creativity that has defined the brand for over a century. To mark the publication of Liberty. Design. Pattern. Colour (Thames and Hudson) Kassia St Clair will discuss her research, placing fabrics in the context of the store’s wider design history.

This talk will be streamed on Zoom and all ticketholders will receive a link to view the morning of the event. It will also be recorded for those not able to join live.
