We're joined by Professor Dame Alison Peacock, Chief Executive of the Chartered College of Teaching, a new Professional Body that seeks to raise the status of the profession through celebrating, supporting and connecting teachers to provide expert teaching and leadership. We will hear about her research into Learning without Limits, how her inclusive theory of change can be applied to the challenges currently faced by teachers, and how her research and methodologies could be applied to delivering V&A Innovate in your setting. Her talk will be followed by a Q&A led by Dr Helen Charman, V&A Director of Learning & National Programmes.

Dame Alison's career to date has spanned primary, secondary and advisory roles. Prior to joining the Chartered College, she was Executive Headteacher of The Wroxham School in Hertfordshire. Alison is an Honorary Fellow of Queens' College Cambridge, member of the Royal Society's Education Committee, and a Visiting Professor of both the University of Hertfordshire and Glyndŵr University. Her research is published in a series of books about Learning without Limits offering an alternative approach to inclusive school improvement.

V&A Innovate is an online resource hub and National Schools Challenge for Key Stage 3, which aims to inspire the next generation of designers, innovators and makers across England.
