Celebrated artist and fashion designer Osman Yousefzada is known for his strong social commentary that comes through his work that has been displayed internationally, including at the V&A. Join him in conversation with V&A Curator of Fashion Oriole Cullen, for a discussion of his enlightening new memoir, The Go-Between. The talk will look at the stories behind his illustrious career, weaving through worlds from his childhood in Birmingham, growing up within a strictly religious immigrant community, the son of a seamstress, via the banks of the river Kabul and the river Indus, and, eventually, to London, offering a meditation on identity.
Priority booking is now open for Members; general booking will open Monday 20 December, subject to availability.
