Valeria Nascimento Studio Visit

Born in Brazil, Nascimento originally trained as an architect; her childhood proximity to nature has inspired the delicate and organic forms of her work. She specialises in large-scale wall-mounted porcelain installations created from hundreds of unique handmade pieces. Her first commission was an installation for Wedgwood’s flagship store in Regent Street.

She has exhibited all over the world, including several times at the COLLECT Art Fair. A beautiful example of Valéria's wall-mounted work can be seen in the ‘Spring’ restaurant located in Somerset House.
