Join British craft gin distillers Warner Edwards for a discussion on sustainability, conservation, and their bid to save British bees whilst creating the perfect craft gin. Warner Edwards' Beekeeper and Sustainability and Conservation Manager Jonny Easter will discuss wildlife conservation, the significant decline of honeybees over the last 50 years, and the challenges of beekeeping on their 200-year-old farm in Northamptonshire, before giving you the opportunity to taste a selection of Warner Edwards gins made with farm-grown or locally sourced botanicals, including their distinctive Honeybee Gin.
Born in December 2012, Warner Edwards lovingly distils a range of small batch and fantastically smooth gins from their home on 200-year-old Falls Farm, in the picturesque village of Harrington, Northamptonshire. Each batch is made using natural spring water, grain spirit and farm-grown or locally sourced botanicals. Every single bottle is handcrafted by Warner Edwards – from the filling to the wax seal and label finishing.
